In addition to this, a feasibility study team has also successfully spent the last nine days in the country meeting a number of government authorities relevant to the various projects designed within their joint investment portfolio and micro-macro growth with a view toward assisting with vision 2022.
The Chief Executive of Pearl of the South Tim Smith and Michael Hart-Jones CEO Sellbridge have successfully secured the initial project development feasibility group(s) for the future projects in Swaziland.
Smith and Hart-Jones have confirmed to the Swazi Observer that agreements have been reached whereby Tim Smith was officially appointed to the Sellbridge board as Director of Project Management, and Mfunwa Lukhele was appointed as Director of International Relations of Sellbridge.
In addition, this appointment has allowed for the signing of the initial phase of Project One between Sellbridge International and WorldHelp Initiative in which the groups will be primarily focusing on clean energy and sustainable solutions for the betterment of the kingdom and its people, and the groups phase two entry into the KMIII Airport and additional clean domestic power and high grade water supply.
According to a statement, the overseas investment groups assisted by the Swaziland Investment Promotion Agency (SIPA) and the UK High Commissioner Christian Nkambule, met with His Majesty King Mswati III and Her Majesty the Queen Mother, together with all relevant stakeholders within the kingdom for the alignment of clean energy and water as a launch of Phase One of the Swaziland project.
“The past week was an important week for the attainment of the Swazi people’s vision,” commented Lukhele. “Bekuliviki lekufezeka kweliphupho lemaSwati,” he said in vernacular.
An elated Lukhele stated that Swaziland will be transformed by the success of the projects lined up.
Global Human Benefit Holding of Hong Kong (GHBH) and its subsidiary Global Human Benefit Zambia Limited (GHBZ) have initiated power generation through their company IC1SWAZILAND (PTY) LIMITED.

Expected
It is expected that the second phase of the Sellbridge/WHI project will take shape in the early stage of the coming year.
This will include the design and construction of a new modern self-sustainable ‘Smart’ city in close proximity to KMIII Airport.
The intention is to make Swaziland a template model, a shining example and a fore-runner for future developments in other African countries, including Sellbridge’s and WorldHelp Initiatives imminent Republic of Congo infrastructure project together with other projects planned around Africa like those in Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia, for example.

All these projects are a part of the WorldHelp Initiative which include infrastructural ‘green’ eco-friendly and housing developments.
